New Zealand YouTuber Karl Rock recently revealed the truth in his Youtube Video that the pirated DVDs of the film Ranveer Singh’s spy thriller Dhurandhar are being sold for 15 to 50 Rupees only in the illicit markets of Karachi. Though the government has imposed a Ban on Indian movies in Pakistan, it is believed that the film is doing “huge business”.

Under the direction of Aditya Dhar, Dhurandhar was released in December and achieved an impressive worldwide commercial success of 1,300 crores rupees. While the film conquers worldwide charts and is even the first on Netflix, the Karachi’s street markets still show that when a movie is a hit, fans are bound to find a way to get it legally or otherwise.

Recently, a New Zealand YouTuber Karl Rock featured this underground economy thriving without any restraint in a video that has since gone viral. Rock captured scenes of dealers openly selling pirated DVDs of the blockbuster Film Dhurandhar directed by Aditya Dhar and the movie has already crossed the mark of 1,300 crore globally since its release. Even though the movie is officially banned in cinemas, the overwhelming number of “black market” sales indicate that the public’s craving for Bollywood is not influenced at all by political boundaries or official censorship.

Video Blogger Karl Rock found Dhurandhar Film pirated version being sold in Pakistan’s Karachi for Rs 50. Officially film is banned in Pakistan but it’s doing huge business in piracy world as well as top of Netflix. Pakistanis just can’t do without India.
